Extra Salty was born out of pettiness, but quickly became about self-growth through humor. Each week, cohosts Ky Krebs and Jasmine Ellis take a deep dive into a guest’s story about past resentments and why they’re holding onto it or how they managed to let go of that resentment. Extra Salty makes things that are tough to talk about fun to talk about from growing up in cult, to managing polyamorous relationships, to how feminism impacts online dating. We always ends with a piece of advice for listeners who may be in a similar situation and everyone comes out (hopefully) a slightly better person.

Past guests on the show have included Gina Yashere (The Daily Show) and Monroe Martin (Comedy Central) and upcoming episodes include Charla Lauriston (Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Why With Hannibal Burress) and Jenny Zigrino (Comedy Central, Conan).

Sundance Now Presents Women in Comedy‘s Stand Up Showcase, featuring top stand-up comics, with credits from television and international comedy festivals.

Ellen Acuario (LineUp, RISK Podcast, ME Time), will host the evening. Featuring Ky Krebs, Andrea Henry, Becky Veduccio, V. Lince, Kate Sisk, Brett Johnson, Cassandra Dee, Dre Cerbin, and Ashley Gavin.

Sundance Now offers original and exclusive dramas, political thrillers, and true crime series, in addition to award-winning movies from every genre, including foreign-language and documentary features – all streaming commercial-free. Built on the Sundance legacy and curated by acclaimed filmmakers and cultural icons, Sundance Now is proud to present an extensive array of entertainment for a passionate and intellectually curious audience.
